Stephani Ouzts is the founder of SOtv - Seductively, funny TV. There is a lot of emphasis on life as it is-with minimal reflection of who we are, where we have come from, and where we inspired to go. Thus, the evolution of SOtv began in 2015. SOtv plants roots that will inspire and uplift the African American community through comedy, while the tragedy that has become the strength of our culture is openly addressed. They say education is like medicine; best served in small doses, with a tasteful afterwash for better digestion. The creation of SOtv is the education - it is life. The small doses are the pieces that SOtv will create. The comedy behind the pieces is the tasty afterwash for better digestion.
